94 flats in a prime part of Chiswick. Blackstone Investments owned the site, part of which was going to be use for an office development. Our Client, Bellway Homes, purchased the site and built out the whole scheme - handing back the Commercial aspect as part of the land deal.
The GDV for the Residential Aspect was in excess of £55 million.
