The level of Planning Gain or Community Infrastructure Levy imposed upon a scheme can make or break its implementation and the site's financial performance

Whilst Planning Policy dictates each Local Authorities Policy position to Planning Gain, most understand the relevance and importance of site viability if schemes are to be implemented.
